How can I buy your products?
Currently, our products are available for purchase in our Etsy Shop. Please note, that currently we are only selling digital, Printable Files.
What if I don’t have an Etsy account?
You can sign up for one for an Etsy account here for free. If you do not wish to sign up for an Etsy account, but would like to place an order, please email us at orders@poshpixelsstudio.com.
What is a Printable?
A printable is a digital file that is emailed to you. When you purchase one of our designs, you will receive a digital PDF or JPG file via email, which can be printed at home or taken to a print shop. No physical items will be shipped to you from us.
Can you print &/or assemble my order for me?
No. At this time, we are unable to offer printing services.
I placed an order, what happens next?
Once you place your order and payment has been received, we will begin working on your design as soon as possible. Once we have finished your order, we will email you a PDF file within 4 business days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to the volume of orders we receive, it is usually around 4 business days. (However, Holiday items are usually sent within 48 hours.)
Can I get my order sooner? (Rush Order)
Email us with your specific needs and we will see what we can do. There is fee for all rush orders, depending on our availability and how soon you need the order. Rush ordering is only available on our existing designs, not custom orders.
Am I able to customize or edit your designs that I purchase myself?
No, our files are NOT editable, and all of our designs are copyrighted. Permission to use the design your purchased is granted from Posh Pixels Design Studio, to the original BUYER for PERSONAL use only. Commercial use, file sharing, & reselling the design is NOT permitted.
